Sacriledge has a range bonus as well. Also, good cap/res. And decent grid/cpu. Try fitting 4* heavy beam II's for range. (and 2* assault launcher II). In a fleet you will be doing well as anti-support ship, and even have grid left for a tank.

Nay.. faction hardeners also take more CPU, so there is the issue. I've been away from my Navy Apoc for some time, thus didn't remember the exact details anymore. :( On most missions, the Mizuro LAR is enough. For big boosts, The (I think it is )...

Close: 8* modulated Megapulse Centus-X AB, 3* Cap Recharger II 2* Faction LAR, 3* Faction Hardener, Sansha EANM 2* faction CPR No rigs yet. Maybe -CPU on turrents, + grid, CCC Megapulse II take a bit too much CPU though :( Tanks like a beast.

Make the slider a pyramid, with the three points being : Weapons 8dmg), Tank, and Speed. Balance between all three is in the middle of the triangle, any shift towards a point weakens the other two, any shift towards a sides middle weapens one not ...

Honestly, if you don't mine (money in lowends currently), trade, build, or rat in lowsec or unsec, stick with lvl 3's. A few runs for a low quality agent will soon give you acess to a high quality lvl 3 agent. Also, check system security rating....

I salvage all missions, and as by salvaging I tractor all the cans to me anyway, I lot them as well. it helps of course to have a fast ship for salvaging. Since nano's got nerved, my nanosigil got replaced by a heretic: 4 salvager, 4 tractors AB...

The trick with amarr is that they have the cap to hold a tank for a long time, whitttling down their foes. I usually amke use of the lowslots and carry 3-4 hardeners, a LAR, and cap relays... and don't worry about the dmg. Geddon with 8 lows can ...
